In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on 457win, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 457win strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Residency: The platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. By using 457win, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must be registering for your own personal use and enjoyment. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow any other individual to use your account.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cool-off period imposed by 457win or any recognized responsible gaming program.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 457win or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 457win platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the names, email addresses, or payment methods used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Valid date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• Valid and active email address;
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other accepted institution) for deposit and withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 457win will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

457win reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

457win maintains a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognized standards for online gaming operators. KYC verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal, activating bonus funds, or at any other time that 457win deems necessary to verify your identity.

Acceptable identity verification documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk);
• Valid Indonesian or international passport;
• Indonesian Driving License (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi);
• Recent bank statement (issued within the last 90 days) confirming the account details used for deposits.

All documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in their original form. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documents is a criminal offense and will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

457win may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. We aim to complete the verification review within 48 business hours of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation.

5.1 Deposits

457win accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (higher limits may be arranged for verified VIP members);
• Processing time: Bank transfers are typically credited within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours;
• 457win does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the initial deposit, unless a change of payment method has been verified and approved by our compliance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our members' funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction;
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction per day for standard members; higher limits apply for verified VIP tiers;
• Processing time: Standard members within 24 hours; Silver and above VIP tiers within 12 hours; Diamond and Black Diamond within 2 hours;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and other major public holidays) may experience slightly longer processing times;
• 457win reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 457win platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 457win is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider if your account is denominated in a different currency.

457win offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible members who have a fully registered and verified account;
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically between 5x and 30x, as stated per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specialty markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Full contribution tables are published on each individual promotion page;
• 457win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already in progress.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and wagering requirements are published on the current welcome bonus promotion page and may change periodically.

6.3 Abuse and Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times, using automated wagering scripts, or exploiting game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements in a risk-free manner — constitutes fraud. 457win will void all associated bonus funds and winnings, permanently ban the relevant accounts, and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

All games available on the 457win platform — including live casino, slot titles, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, the outcome of the relevant round will be determined by 457win's server logs. The result recorded on our servers is final;
• All sports betting odds are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that wager;
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are void (e.g., due to a match postponement or cancellation), the overall parlay is recalculated excluding the void selection(s), reducing the potential payout accordingly;
• 457win reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on an erroneously published price or odds due to a manifest error in our pricing systems;
• All RNG-based game outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as of the date of certification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 457win platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profits across accounts, or any other conduct that 457win reasonably considers to undermine the integrity of its platform;
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy service, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or offensive toward 457win staff or other members via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 457win platform without express written authorization.

All content on the 457win platform — including but not limited to the 457win brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 457win or its licensed third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without 457win's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 457win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds data, or promotional materials where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information contained on the platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 457win's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 457win collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require us to do so;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 457win holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Material changes will be communicated to members via the email address registered to their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 457win platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.
